Property Committee

The Property Committee coordinates the necessary upkeep, repair, good care and maintenance of the parish buildings and property. The committee’s concern is to assure that appropriate programs are implemented to assure effective and efficient use of parish facilities and that qualified personnel are employed to achieve these ends. More specifically, the committee works on maintenance schedules, periodic inspections, building accessibility and appearance, contractual agreements and capital improvements.
